When you request a quote, the form sends us your name, your phone number, the service you selected, any message you add, and the suburb of the page you sent it from.

When you phone us, we see the number you call from, as with any phone call.

We use your details to call you back about your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out the work you ask us to do. Quote requests are delivered to our team by email.

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how visitors use this website and how quickly its pages load.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries. When you submit a quote request, the phone number you enter is converted in your browser into a one-way encrypted (hashed) code and shared with Google, so that the enquiry can be matched to an ad click. Calls to our advertised number may be routed through a Google forwarding number to measure calls from our ads.

If you arrive from a Google ad, the ad's click identifier is kept in your browser for up to 90 days and sent with any quote request you make, so we can tell which ads lead to work.
